The rice tradition is renewed through Blockchain technology

Ensuring food safety, authenticity and quality of the products are the primary objectives that Coppo and Garrione sets themselves daily in the production of Tenuta Darola Carnaroli rice.

In order to guarantee further security and transparency, we have decided to use Blockchain to ensure a clear and verifiable supply chain, adopting a "from farm to fork" approach.

Blockchain is the ideal technology to guarantee the originality of the product and the quality of the processes to combat food fraud since all information is recorded in a digital archive, immutable and easily verifiable. As a manufacturer, Coppo e Garrione shares information about its products through an immersive experience accessible from the QR Code on the packaging.

The Tenuta Darola project | Coppo e Garrione was developed using the experience of EZ Lab Blockchain Solutions, an innovative SME from Padua, which has implemented over 150 traceability and tokenization projects of the production chain for the valorization of Made in Italy.
